Scott T. Dill,
originator of Conduit Constructors, LLC began his bridge
utility installations in 1996. He recognized a need in
the market for conscientious, honest, dependable, and
reliable contractors that were experienced in installing
utility conduit systems across bridges. Conduit Constructors,
LLC was prayerfully created by Scott and co-creator James
“Bob” Buffington, Jr. in 2005. Together they
each have a decade of intense, specialized experience
in the Industry. Scott brings to the team not only years
of experience in managing, cost estimating, and purchasing
but he has a uncanny ability to sell himself, the company,
and deliver the finished project on time! Bob’s
expertise is his vast knowledge of field operations and
his team building methods which produce peak performance
and peak morale. This loyalty among his crews transfers
to quality job performance which ensures that the jobs
run smoothly from start to finish.
Collectively, Conduit Constructors, LLC has work experience
regarding more than 300 bridges encompassing more that
35 states. With their high level of customer service,
attention to detail, and commitment to safety, they
are among the industry leaders for bridge piping.
